How much fat does 45 min gym burns

Here I am posting two occassions where I hit the gym. Simple small condo gym where rarely there are people using the equipment. So I have the weights and machines all to myself. No waiting for my turn. I will do the normal 3 sets of 8 reps. If set is heavy, I will still complete the 8 reps or more by switching to lesser weight. Resting time between sets is less than one minute.

Following are the records for Polar FT40.

Polar FT40 records shows almost same results except for amount of time spent on Fat Burn. A staggering difference of 10 minutes. I realised on 30th Sept that after I put down the weights, Polar FT40 switch to Fat Burn timing before it goes back to Fitness timing. There’s plenty to understand about how this works. Till I bother to look at the videos and explanations, I will continue to record results including recording while I was standing coaching for nearly 2 hours. Makes me think that whether I am wasting time running and gymning – if there’s such a word.
